Information you choose to send

If you email OuNooi Labs™ or use the survey link, you may choose to send your email address, dog details, owner priorities, and message content if provided.

How it may be used

Information you send may be used to reply, understand owner needs, improve the first product direction, and send occasional updates if you consented to be contacted.

Storage and third-party services

The owner survey is hosted through Google Forms. Information submitted through the survey may be processed and stored by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. Email communications may also be processed by the relevant email service providers.

Deletion requests

You can request deletion of your submitted email or response information by emailing OuNooi Labs™ at the address above.

Retention

Survey and email information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for product development, communication, legal, or record-keeping purposes.

No veterinary or medical service

This website is not veterinary advice and is not for urgent animal-health questions. For pet medical concerns, contact a veterinarian.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently use analytics scripts or advertising pixels. If these technologies are added in future, this notice will be updated accordingly.
